Systematic Inventive Thinking

Training on Systematic Inventive Thinking (SIT) is designed to help individuals and organizations develop a structured approach to creativity and innovation. The goal of SIT training is to equip participants with the tools and techniques needed to generate new ideas and solutions to problems. The training begins with an introduction to the principles and concepts of SIT, including the five templates of innovation, the use of patterns, and the importance of constraint. Participants then learn how to define the challenge in a way that inspires creativity and generates innovative solutions. Participants also learn a range of ideation techniques, including Attribute Listing, Task Unification, and Subtraction. These techniques are designed to help participants break free from their existing assumptions and generate new ideas that they might not have thought of otherwise. By the end of the training, participants should have a solid understanding of the principles and techniques of SIT, as well as practical experience in applying these techniques to generate innovative solutions to real-world problems.
