1. The House of Professionals offers certain benefits under the membership structure to its clients. These benefits may include networking opportunities, professional development resources, discounts on events and services, and promotion as a volunteer, corporate trainer, public speaker, researcher, consultant, professional leader, or in any other professional capacity. However, it is not guaranteed that all registered members will receive all or any specific benefits stated. Membership benefits are subject to availability, best suitability, and the discretion of the House of Professionals.
The House of Professionals reserves the right to refuse or reject any membership application at its sole discretion without providing reasons for such refusal or rejection.

2. Members agree to abide by the rules, regulations, and code of conduct as defined by the House of Professionals from time to time. Members must act in a manner that upholds the reputation and integrity of the organization.

3. The House of Professionals reserves the right to cease or terminate membership at any time if a member is found to be in violation of the terms and conditions, rules, or code of conduct.

4. Members may not use the House of Professionals’ logo, branding, or any related intellectual property without explicit written permission. Any authorized use must comply with the organization’s branding guidelines.

5. Participation in events organized by the House of Professionals is subject to additional terms and conditions specific to each event. The organization reserves the right to refuse entry or participation to any member who does not comply with these terms.

6. Members agree to receive communications from the House of Professionals, including newsletters, event invitations, and updates. Members can opt-out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the communications.

7. Membership in the House of Professionals does not confer any legal or financial rights, entitlements, or interests in the organization. Members are not entitled to any share of the profits, losses, assets, or liabilities of the organization.

8. By submitting a membership application, members consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal information in accordance with the House of Professionals’ privacy policy.

9. Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless the House of Professionals, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to their membership or actions as a member.

10. The House of Professionals reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

11. Members will be notified of any changes. If a member does not terminate their membership following such communication, their continued membership will be considered as acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.

12. Members are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or harmful to the reputation of the House of Professionals may result in termination of membership.

13. Members may terminate their membership at any stage by providing written information to the House of Professionals.

14. The House of Professionals will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, pandemic, terrorism, or other events of force majeure.
