Emotional Intelligence (EI) is the ability to perceive, understand, and manage one’s own emotions and the emotions of others. Training on emotional intelligence focuses on improving these skills in individuals, which can lead to better personal and professional relationships, as well as increased well- being and success. Participants are taught about the various components of emotional intelligence, such as self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and social skills, and how they can be developed and applied in various contexts. Participants will also be encouraged to reflect on their own emotional experiences and to identify areas for improvement.
