Nasir Mahmood

Having a total career span of more than 30 years in Organization Development and Human Resource Management, Nasir have extensive exposure in Strategic Human Resource Management, Change Management, Business Processes Re-structuring, Capacity Building, Training and Development, Job Evaluation, Policies and Procedures Development. Nasir worked with multiple industries/sectors on various projects, both within the public as well as corporate sectors and have focused on the development of organizational strategies that integrate human resource practices with long-term strategic business plans through systems enhancement, capacity building and supporting learning activities.

Nasir have worked with IES, Sparco Paints, Qarshi Industries, Meep Solar Energy, etc. for the establishment and development of their HR & Support Services Departments. Complete Systems, Procedures & Manuals were developed for Organizational Governance.

Nasir have also experience to work with the Development sector organizations like ITA, IKF (SCUK & Unicef Projects). Nasir have developed Job Descriptions, KPIs, Policies & Procedures Manuals, Organization structures.

Muhammad Junaid Ashraf

Muhammad Junaid Ashraf is a dynamic professional with extensive expertise in organization development, team building, human resource management, strategy, and governance. He is a Chartered Management Professional from ICMP USA and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. Currently, he is leading Trace Engineering as its Director and Deputy CEO.

With a career spanning over 15 years, Junaid has played a pivotal role in steering Trace Engineering towards its strategic objectives, ensuring profitability, sustainability, and growth. His leadership is characterized by a commitment to excellence, innovation, and a relentless pursuit of value delivery to stakeholders.

Junaid is a great advocate of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), encouraging a supportive and inclusive work environment that values diverse perspectives. His efforts in promoting DEI have been instrumental in driving organizational excellence and innovation. Additionally, Junaid has extensive experience traveling to various countries, attending exhibitions, conferences, and networking with industry leaders. These experiences have enriched his professional insights and expanded his global perspective, further enhancing his ability to lead and innovate in the dynamic engineering sector.

Tariq Hussain Khan

Tariq Hussain Khan is the Group Head of Human Resources at Treet Group. With over 25 years of experience and expertise, Tariq has held senior HR Leadership Roles at well-known organisations domestically and internationally, which makes him a valuable contributor to HR Visioning in Pakistan. Tariq’s career spans over many years including HR Leadership positions at companies such as Beaconhouse Group, Fatima Group of Companies, Indus Motor Company (TOYOTA Pakistan), Pepsi, Siemens and Allied Bank. He is passionate about developing and promoting employee well-being within the organization and has vast exposure to HR Best practices. He is a certified HR Leader from Toyota Motor Corporation.

Qamar Ul Islam

Having a total career span of more than 22 years in Organization Development and Human Resource Management, Qamar have an extensive exposure in Strategic Human Resource Management, Change Management, Business Processes Re-engineering, Capacity Building, Institutional and Governance management, Code of Ethics, Training and Development, Job Evaluation, Competency Profiling, Policies and Procedures Development and Organizational Design & Restructuring. Qamar worked with multiple industries/sectors on various projects, both within public as well as corporate sectors and have focused on the development of organizational strategies that integrate good HR practices with the long-term strategic business plans through systems enhancement, capacity building and supporting learning activities.

Mohammad Saleem Murtaza

With over 14 years of experience in managing HR departments, Mohammad Saleem Murtaza is a seasoned HR professional, trainer, and consultant. Guided by his vision to “Rise by Lifting Others” he is committed to empowering individuals and organizations through strategic human resource initiatives.

He holds an M. Phil degree and has earned multiple certifications, including Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PDHRM), and Certified Project Management Specialist (CPMS).

He currently serves as the General Manager at Alkhidmat, where he leads strategic HR initiatives and drives organizational development. In addition to his role at Alkhidmat, he is Vice President of Pakistan Institute of Professional Development (PIPD), where he contributes to advancing HR practices and professional development in the region.

As Founder & CEO of AM Consultants, he provides expert HR consulting services, helping organizations enhance their workforce capabilities and achieve their business objectives. His extensive experience and dedication to fostering talent and leadership make him a respected figure in the HR community.

Rana Masood Anwar 

Mr. Rana Masood is a seasoned HR professional with over two decades of experience in human resources and industrial relations. He is presently serving as a Senior Manager at Emco Industries Limited. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, and talent management. Mr. Masood has a proven track record in implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement, and driving employee satisfaction. His skills in problem-solving, compliance, and operational excellence have been pivotal in maintaining harmonious industrial relations and ensuring adherence to labor laws. With a solid educational background, including a Bachelor of Laws and a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Mr. Masood is adept at leading teams, managing employee relations, and navigating complex negotiations with labor unions. Zeeshan Subhan Bandesha is the founder of PIPD, Pakistan’s first freemium HR training institute. Rabia Asif is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the education and training sectors, specializing in Human Resources, Project Management, and Training. As the Learning & Development Director at the Professionals Institute of Management and Technology since 2015, she has demonstrated exceptional skills in planning and executing both educational and corporate training programs. Rabia excels in designing training programs, developing course materials, and conducting workshops that enhance leadership and team-building skills.

Rabia holds an MS in Project Management and an M.A. in Education. Currently serving as the Head of HR for Agha Group of Companies, she has played a pivotal role in guiding and leading HR strategies across multiple business units, including Agha Steel Industries and Agha Welfare Trust. Faiqa Arif has over 13 years of diverse experience in the manufacturing, transport, and FMCG sectors, holding leadership roles at Panther Tyres, Master Group, and Elan. She has also worked with Dawn Group of Companies and Daewoo Pakistan. With an MBA in HR and an MPhil in Industrial Management, she is certified in ISO quality management and labor laws. Her extensive expertise includes policy making, recruitment, organizational restructuring, performance management, HRIS implementation, employee relations, strategic planning, Training and development and compliance management.
