HOP Excellence awards for individuals and institutional members are professionally designed to recognize and reward outstanding achievements of individuals and institutions in a particular field or industry. The specific objectives of these awards include the following:

(i) Encouraging Excellence: Excellence awards are often intended to motivate individuals and institutions to strive for excellence in their work, by recognizing and rewarding those who have demonstrated exceptional performance

(ii) Promoting Innovation: Many excellence awards also aim to encourage innovation and creativity, by recognizing individuals and institutions that have developed new and innovative ideas, products, or services.

House of Professionals offers awards for its Members in the following categories:

Individual Members:

  • Leadership Excellence Award (for CEOs or Chairperson)
  • Professional Excellence Award (for experts in specific fields)

 

Institutional Members:

  • Corporate Excellence Award (for organizations)

HOP considered the following criteria for shortlisting Institutions/organizations for an excellence award:

(ii) Consistency in performance: The organization should have a track record of consistent performance over a period of time, rather than just a one-off success.

(iv) Strong leadership and management: The organization should have strong leadership and management, with a clear vision, strategy, and a well-executed plan
